- Abstract : Four major failure modes occurring in AMOLED panels, which fractured during device drop, are being summarized; the primary failure origins are all located at the frit sealing area or on backplane (B/P) glass. Modeling and simulation results suggest the stress is concentrated on the frit sealing area of the B/P glass during dynamic drop impact.
