Abstract

Abstract: An efficient cross‐dehydrogenative coupling of benzylic C(sp 3 )−H of ethyl arylacetates with benzoic/cinnamic acids has been developed to afford α‐acyloxy esters in reasonably high yields under environmentally benign conditions.
