- In this paper, we present the development method of MEMS Micro-Mirror FTS system based on MBSE, and improve the classical H∞ control algorithm, which is applied to the MEMS Micro-Mirror FTS system. For tilting of MEMS micro mirror motion, the MBSE-based V-development framework is used to build a unified model for the whole process of development, testing and verification, which makes the development process efficient and fast. The improved H∞ control algorithm is used for control and compared with the uncontrolled system. The results show that, the FTS yields a clean spectrum with a Full Width at Half Maximum (FWHM) spectral linewidth of 102 cm −1 under the H∞ robust control. Moreover, the FTS system can maintain good stability and robustness under various driving conditions.
