- Abstract : In floating catalyst chemical vapor deposition for single‐walled carbon nanotube (SWCNT) growth, employing certain amount of CO2 can obtain SWCNTs with larger diameter, longer length and smaller bundle diameter. The corresponding SWCNT transparent thin films display excellent conductivity due to the optimized geometry.
