- Abstract : A novel strip biosensor equipped with a colorimetric card shows great promise for in-field Pb 2+ detection. Abstract : A novel lateral flow biosensor for rapid detection of Pb 2+ was established for the first time based on Pb 2+ -induced G-quadruplex structure-switching. Semi-quantitative results could be read by reference to a colorimetric card. The whole process only took 15 minutes with a visual detection limit of 25 nM.
