- Abstract : The acidity enhancement induced by the nonpolar solvent effect of naphthalene inside zeolites was unambiguously identified. Abstract : The acidity enhancement induced by the nonpolar solvent effect of naphthalene inside zeolites was unambiguously identified. The mechanism of such an effect due to the CH/π interaction in the nonpolar environment has been revealed based on the advanced 2D 1 H– 13 C correlation NMR technique and DFT calculations for the first time.
