- Abstract: Broad emission in the spectral region 400-700nm has been observed from ZnO nanophosphor co-doped with Ce, Eu and Tb; dopent concentrations used were 0.1, 0.5 and 1.0 mol%. Room temperature powder XRD and FTIR investigations showed that ZnO structure was unchanged on doping. EDX confirmed that the dopents entered the ZnO lattice.
