- This study incorporates the strategies of inquiry and games to achieve ubiquitous learning on mobile devices equipped with an Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) reader. From the infrastructure aspect, communication and cooperative learning are supported by mobile technology, GPS and GIS. From a learners' viewpoint, the game–based inquiry learning theory is used to design the guiding activities. Finally, from the aspect of learning resources, interactive learning objects are designed to enhance motivation and interest in learning. Assessing the performance of the proposed system, a questionnaire analysis is conducted. Findings show that the research scale is highly reliable and that all assumptions made are valid.
