Abstract

Abstract: The exponential growth of generating new knowledge, the ever increasing demands of today's world and the speed of propagation of information leading to the need of people to Continuous update their knowledge, through continuous education and training. The traditional forms of education, which are no longer sufficient to meet the needs of modern society and especially of the young people, is gradually updated by adopting new innovative educational methods. In addition, the new world order and the mobility of people from region to region demand a new approach to University education and training programs. This research defines the issue of distance learning with the use of eLearning method through a short International literature review. Documenting the opinions and expectations of thirty-two undergraduate and graduate trainees from who becomes from various geographical and scientific areas. Assess the knowledge provided through the teaching material, the role of the instructor and the ease of access to knowledge, the degree of independence of the trainee and the satisfaction of his personal expectations are investigated. Intergenerational and interdisciplinary sharing on good practices of developing actions within academic circles and educational institutions lead to improve international stability, sustainable development and promote social inclusion.
