- We try to evaluate and forecast tumour risk using aberrant methylation genes as an index. We used the attribute theory to build up a database with the index of 50 aberrant methylation genes that relate to tumours, constructed a program to operate on the computer and obtained the result of tumour risk evaluation and forecasting. The programme can adjust the weight according to the qualitative criteria of different tumour experts, which are different iatrical modes and different clinical experience cognitions, so it can quantitatively reflect the degree of influence of the different qualitative criteria on the result of the risk ranking. This work represents a new method of software system evaluation and forecasting for tumour risk.
