Abstract

Abstract : The brain requires large amounts of amino acids, which normally get across the brain capillaries through transporters and are then used by brain cells. When glioma takes place, tumor cells sitting right outside brain capillaries are always ready to grab the food of brain cells. Based on this, on page 5633, C. Jiang and co‐workers decorate therapeutic nanoparticles with amino acid derivates, making them act as stealth nanoparticles to be swallowed by tumor cells for glioma therapy.
