Abstract

Abstract : NF‐κB transcription factors play essential roles in hematopoiesis. In this review, we summarize the requirements of different components of the NF‐κB pathway for B‐1 cell development and maintenance. The B‐1 cell developmental steps are also reviewed, with particular emphasis on stages where NF‐κB signaling may be critical.
