- Highlights: Patient's FV inhibitor was of an IgG class that recognized both the heavy and light chains of FV. Patient's FV inhibitor inhibits the FVa-FXa binding, and FV-phospholipid binding. In this case, it is thought that the immune response occurred by using fibrin glue 13 years ago.
