This article bears substantial similarity to a previously published paper: A review on solar-hydrogen/fuel cell hybrid energy systems for stationary applications, A. Yilanci, I. Dincer, H.K. Ozturk, Progress in Energy and Combustion Science, Volume 35, Issue 3, June 2009, Pages 231-244, 10.1016/j.pecs.2008.07.004 . One of the conditions of submission of a paper for publication is that authors declare explicitly that their work is original and has not been submitted to nor appeared in another publication elsewhere. As such this article represents a severe abuse of the scientific publishing system. The scientific community takes a very strong view on this matter and apologies are offered to readers of the journal that this was not detected during the submission or review process.).
