- Abstract:
- Graduation from college is not a guarantee for employment in Taiwan. Therefore, more and more schools are establishing relationships with enterprises to offer internship opportunities for students. What determinants influence students' decision on internship engagement? Is there any relationship between internship determinants and satisfaction of internship experience? The aim of the paper is to propose a partial least squares (PLS) path model from an integrated perspective, employing the data from the college students' experience in Taiwan. The result provides insight for the schools, students and enterprises.
