Abstract

Key Clinical Message: Stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT) allows the targeting of high doses of radiation with steep dose gradients. Vertebral fracture is increasingly recognized as an adverse event after SBRT; however, no sacral fractures have been observed after SBRT. We report an extremely rare case of sacral insufficiency fracture after SBRT.
