Abstract

Abstract : In article number1802233, Peter Schurtenberger and co‐workers explore the length scale dependent collective dynamics of colloids that are anisotropic not only in shape but also in their interaction potential. Ultra small angle X‐ray photon correlation spectroscopy has been used to reveal the anisotropic dynamics of dipolar chains formed by colloidal peanut‐shaped particles. The success of this experiment opens up the possibility to explore anisotropic dynamics of self‐assembled structures of mesoscopic length scales.
