Abstract

Abstract: Retropharyngeal lipoma in a child is an extremely rare pathological entity. The unusual case of a child with a retropharyngeal lipoma presenting with snoring is reported. Retropharyngeal lipoma should be considered in the differential diagnosis of snoring in children.
