- Abstract : The proposed fluorescent biosensor improves the reaction rate, has excellent analytical performance (LOD 15.6 fM) and shows outstanding recognition toward mismatched DNA strands. This approach provides a potential universal platform for the determination of other nucleic acids. Abstract : Herein, we developed a homogeneous enzyme-free, ultrasensitive and isothermal fluorescent biosensor for nucleic acid detection with dual-signal output to enhance the reaction rate and sensitivity by combining an entropy-driven catalysis strategy with a catalytic hairpin assembly reaction.
