- Abstract : Purpose: – In the living environment, everyone not only wants to maintain the privacy and security, but also avoid losing keys or passwords of home-doors. And other, them hope to obtain a fast, convenient, and cost-effective exclusive doors lock controller to establish. The purpose of this paper is to design a smart door lock device in which has a non-contact pattern recognition controller to display and recognize the tiny pattern that is appeared from a mobile devices. Design/methodology/approach: – The recognized pattern is built by two-dimensional text and graphics method that is stored in mobile devices of owner. Therefore, when the key owner comes near the control panel of door, he only appears the establishment two-dimensional text and graphics. And the encrypted technology, the author used the MT19937 (32-bits) virtual random number generator. Findings: – The recognized pattern is built by two-dimensional text and graphics method that is stored in mobile devices of owner. Therefore, when the key owner comes near the control panel of door, it only appears the establishment two-dimensional text and graphics. Research limitations/implications: – Through the internet with wireless or wire, the lock controls signal will be delay a moment. Practical implications: – If it is true then the door opens and a short message service (SMS) notifications is sent to the owner simultaneously. The results of this paper can be used in any civilian installations require door lock control, the application range is very widely and can achieve customize. Social implications: – It also could be applied widely and easily in various fields. Originality/value: – As for the security of lock, the author design two phases while the door is opening, the one is mask-bit enabling and the other is SMS notification simultaneously. The contactless smart door lock system is combined to three parts, which are cloud server and database, personal mobile device, and fixture and fitting, to link via internet. The fixture and fitting is combination of CMOS sensor, limit switch, electromagnetic switch, MCU, and the internet port of RJ-45. The results of this study could be used in any civilian installations required door lock control. … (more)
