Abstract

Abstract : We have developed a 2K4K 550[PPI] LTPS TFT‐LCD. Shrinkage of the channel width together with thinner insulator for the storage capacitance allows high display quality in terms of vertical cross‐talk and flicker. RGBW pixel technology and additional 30[Hz] frame‐rate driving are implemented as well to offer low power while keeping high display quality.
