Abstract : We present a new type of PtNi@MIL-101 electrocatalyst and Exo III-assisted cycling amplification for one-step electrochemical detection of NF-κB p50. Abstract : Inspired by MOFs themselves as unique matrices and electrocatalysts, we present a surprising discovery that rare PtNi@MIL-101 exhibits excellent synergistic catalysis for methylene blue. Using PtNi@MIL-101 as an efficient electrocatalyst, a one-step structure-switching electrochemical sensor for transcription factor detection has been developed for the first time.
