- Abstract : Au3 Cu tetrapod nanocrystals were synthesized. After surface modification, the obtained monodisperse Au3 Cu@PEG-Cy5, FA showed great potential as a fluorescence imaging and MSOT imaging-guided photothermal agent in the NIR-II region, which could be metabolized in vitro after treatment. Abstract : Gold and gold-based alloy nanocrystals (NCs) have been widely used in the field of photothermal therapy (PTT). However, the synthesis of multimodal nano-agents for precise and efficient PTT in the second near infrared (NIR-II) region remains a great challenge. Herein, Au3 Cu TPNCs were developed as a powerful platform for multimodal image-guided photothermal therapy with significant therapeutic effects and good metabolizability in the NIR-II region.
