- Abstract : A novel solution for integrating force sensors into a Liquid Crystal Display panel is proposed. Piezoresistive sensors with high sensitivity were fabricated in the peripheral area of a 5.5″ FHD LTPS display panel. . As a result, a more compact LCD panel with integrated force sensing function is enabled.
