- Abstract: The k → · p → perturbation theory in semiconductor modifies some spin related parameters of the semi-conducting system. Furthermore, renormalization of the Kane model parameters occurs when temperature appears in the scenario. In this paper, we have analyzed the consequences of this renormalized Kane parameters on some spin transport issues. It is noteworthy to study that the temperature corrected scenario can open a new direction towards the spin calorimetric applications in semiconductors. Abstract : Highlights: We have discussed the thermally driven effects on spin transport. The k → · p → theory is employed to demonstrate the spin transport issues in semiconductors. The role of thermally renormalized SOC and Zeeman terms on spin transport is analyzed. A change in the ESR frequency. Thermally driven enhanced spin current in the system.
