"A review of different methods to enhance the productivity of the multi-effect solar still", Renewable and Sustainable Energy Reviews, Accepted 23 September 2012, 10.1016/j.rser.2012.09.035 One of the conditions of submission of a paper for publication is that authors declare explicitly that their work is original and has not appeared in a publication elsewhere. As such this article represents a severe abuse of the scientific publishing system.
