- Abstract: The aim of this work is to determine the Mechanical properties of Coconut Bunch Fiber (CBF) composites and Nano particles (Al2 O3 ) implanted Coconut Bunch Fiber (NCBF) composites. The plate volume was calculated to prepare the amount of fiber and resin for weight percentage mixing ratio. The composites were made in the composition of 30:3 weight percentage and Nano particles were added as per the weight ratio. The fibers were arranged in random as a discontinuous form. Impact, Tensile strength and Hardness of the CBF and NCBF composites were determined and plotted. The strength and Impact values of CBF composite decreased when the amount of fiber content was reduced. However, the addition of Nano particles (Al2 O3 ) in CBF composite increases the mechanical properties.
