Abstract

Abstract : DOI:10.1002/elps.201800154 The cover picture shows that in partial filling capillary electrophoresis with α‐CD plug, the resolution of tryptophan enantiomer and tyrosine enantiomer can be predicted with a deduced relationship of R to α‐CD concentration and the filling length, respectively. At the bottom of the picture is a capillary partially filled with two different plugs which can separate two pairs of amino acid simultaneously. The second plug includes HPMC, organic solvent and surfactants, and serves different functions. Two discontinuous function plugs coupling in‐capillary developed might be a new flexible mode for CE application.
