Abstract : (Abstracted from Anesth Analg, 122:2040–2046, 2016) Total knee arthroplasty (TKA) is a painful surgical procedure that requires effective pain management for early mobilization and rehabilitation to achieve successful joint function. Successful pain management after TKA must preserve motor function while providing adequate analgesia.
