- Abstract : On page 4570, E. Lee and team demonstrate the fabrication of aqueous onion‐like vesicles with multi‐walls based on the controlled assembly of biocompatible and degradable semicrystalline polymers (PEO‐b‐PCL). The multi‐walled vesicles formed by emulsion droplet instability lead to high drug‐loading capacity and stepwise drug‐releasing behavior through sequential hydrolytic degradation from the outermost to innermost wall.
