Abstract

Abstract : The cover feature picture shows a schematic representation of bioorthogonal super‐resolution electron microscopy. Immune cells infected with bioorthogonally tagged salmonella bacteria are sectioned to 75 nm thick. On these sections, the bioorthogonal groups are visualized with click chemistry prior to imaging of the clicked fluorophore by STORM microscopy. The structure of the cells itself is then visualized by electron microscopy, and the two images are superimposed. More information can be found in the full paper by A. J. Koster, L. Albertazzi, S.
