Abstract

Abstract : The inside cover picture shows a method of all‐liquid explosive ink in preparing DNTF based composite, which may be used as a secondary explosive in the MEMS initiating explosive devices of smart weapons. During manufacturing, all ingredients are dissolved into acetone, and then deposited in the surface of hot substrate in layer‐by‐layer. The obtained composite is of high density with 1.785 g ⋅ cm −3, reaching 93.16 % of TMD. Moreover, the composite exhibits excellent detonation properties, whose critical size of detonation is around 0.01 mm and the detonation velocity is 8580 m ⋅ s −1 at the charging width of 1 mm.
