- Abstract : A versatile nano-platform for theranostic applications was fabricated with beta-cyclodextrin conjugated covellite nanoparticles. Abstract : High quality covellite phase copper sulfide nanoparticles with excellent photothermal performance were obtained using an easy, non-hot injection method. Then, colloidal stable drug delivery vehicles were fabricated with an amphiphilic polymer and covalently linked with beta-cyclodextrin, which allows the integration of multiple target ligands and drugs, thus providing a versatile nano-platform for efficient photothermal and chemotherapy.
