- Abstract : Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a neurodevelopmental disorder with onset in childhood. In Ireland adult ADHD treatment is drifting in an ad hoc manner into general adult psychiatric services. We propose this process should be halted in favour of a delivering a carefully planned adult ADHD service.
