- Abstract : In this paper, by using the side‐emitting LED backlight with collimating lens and multilayer optical thin film color filter the LCD were successfully developed with Rosh‐compliant and to achieved more than 90% BT.2020 color gamut .The LED light source can use YAG phosphor or normal nitride RG phosphor without using quantum dots solution.
