Abstract

Abstract : In this paper, we will review the development of micro‐LED in ITRI, and demonstrate the latest results of the full‐color, and high resolution micro display with fine pitch of micro‐LED arrays. The devices can be mass‐transferred onto different substrates, such as printed circuit boards or glass plates. The micro‐LED performance is measured and its reliability under temperature cycle and high current condition show great stability in both forward voltage and output power.
