Structural Phase Transition: Interfacial‐Field‐Induced Increase of the Structural Phase Transition Temperature in Organic–Inorganic Perovskite Crystals Coated with ZnO Nanoshell (Adv. Mater. Interfaces 14/2018)
Abstract : Three crystal phase structure of perovskite, namely orthorhombic, tetragonal and cubic phases, are presented in the figure. The turning parts of the belts represent temperature. It means that after modification, the phase transition temperature will be changed. More details can be found in article1800301 by Fenghuan Zhao, Zhubing He, Zhipeng Wei, Rui Chen and co‐workers.
