Abstract

Abstract: At present, in the field of management science research, traditional analysis methods can't meet further research needs, so the cross layer analysis method is getting more and more attention from researchers. Cross layer analysis can effectively identify the role and influence of variables of different levels. This paper demonstrates the cross layer analysis method and through combing process logic, explaining deep problems in management science.
