- Abstract: In recent years, the urban environment has been destroyed with the rapid development of technology and economy. Therefore, it is urgent for the big cities to build Sponge City to deal with the problem of water ecological disharmony. First of all, in this paper, we analyze the unfavorable situation of the urban environment and summarize the current research status of sponge cities. On this basis, we establish the method system by combining TOPSIS with grey correlation degree, and take a Sponge City construction case to verify the method and then come to the conclusion.
