Abstract

Graphical abstract: Highlights: Ten alkaloids were reported in Unonopsis floribunda for the first time. Four alkaloids were described for the first time in the Unonopsis genus. A morphinadienone alkaloid was reported for the first time in the Unonopsis genus. The chemotaxonomic significance of alkaloids for the Unonopsis genus was reinforced.
