Abstract

Abstract : Comprehensive protein profiling in single cells promises to advance our understanding of the organization, regulation and function of many heterogeneous biological samples. This Review describes the recent technological advances in single‐cell proteomic analysis, and discusses their applications in multiplexed molecular imaging, cell subtype classification, signaling pathway analysis and patient stratification.
