Abstract

Abstract : The activities of protein phosphatases and protein kinases are responsible for maintaining the phosphoproteome. Although protein kinases have long enjoyed the spotlight, protein phosphatases have more recently been recognized as important signaling enzymes in both normal and disease physiology.
