Abstract

Abstract : The front cover picture, designed by Marco Dyga from the group of Lukas J. Gooßen, illustrates how their new phosphorothiolation reagent is dropped into a reaction mixture. Various substrates are thus smoothly converted into phosphorothiolates. This product class shows high biological activity and has widely been used in crop protection. The rye ears symbolize the potential application of this methodology for the development of selective and non‐toxic next‐generation crop protection agents.
