Abstract

Abstract : More than two-fifths (43%) of UK firms fell victim to information security breaches in the past year, according to the UK's Department for Digital, Culture, Media & Sport's (DCMS) annual 'Cyber-security Breaches Survey'. Yet fewer than a third of businesses (27%) have formal cyber-security policies – a fall compared to the previous year's figure of 33%.
