Abstract

Abstract : Testing has been completed on all ingredients in Clariant's Mevopur and Remafin-EP product ranges, bringing them into full compliance with the new US Pharmacopoeia (USP) <661.1> standard for pharmaceutical packaging and drug delivery devices, the company reports. The new standard comes into force in May 2020 when it will affect all current and future drugs on the US market. Elsewhere, the company has launched new waxes for plastics applications in Japan.
