- Abstract : Orthogonal bond-breaking and forming of dynamic covalent disulfide and imine bonds in aqueous solution is demonstrated. Abstract : Orthogonal bond-breaking and forming of dynamic covalent disulfide and imine bonds in aqueous solution is demonstrated. Through judicious choice of reaction partners and conditions, it is possible to cleave and reform selectively these bonds in the presence of each other in the absence of unwanted competing processes.
