Abstract

Abstract : Recent legislation in California and increased awareness of stormwater‐related environmental issues have led to continued changes and innovative approaches to stormwater management and regulation that could be applied in many states. In 2016, the California State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) adopted its Storm Water Strategy (http://bit.ly/2a5GD5A ) to further develop innovative regulatory and management approaches to maximize uses of stormwater as a resource.
