- Abstract:
- In a post hoc analysis of the GLACIAL and ASTERIA I trials, change in the Urticaria Activity Score was correlated with change in the Medical Outcomes Study sleep scale score, suggesting that urticaria negatively affects sleep. Improvement in urticaria signs and symptoms resulted in a decrease in daytime somnolence and sleep disturbance.
