Abstract

Abstract : Synopsis: A once-daily triple-therapy inhaler, consisting of a long-acting muscarinic antagonist, a long-acting beta agonist, and an inhaled corticosteroid, resulted in significant improvements in lung function and quality of life in patients with severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease when compared with a twice-daily dual-therapy inhaler, consisting of a long-acting beta agonist and an inhaled corticosteroid.
