- Abstract : Sep Sci plus 2018, 1, 261–269 DOI:10.1002/sscp.201800002 The cover picture shows the chromatographic separation of reduced light chain isoforms upon incubation of antibodies with the reducing agent tris (2‐carboxyethyl) phosphine. Light chain, partially reduced light chain+2H (with one of two disulfide bridges opened in the constant or variable region) and totally reduced light chain+4H can be observed. The method was applied in the case of two monoclonal antibodies, namely tenatumomab and trastuzumab, resulting in a potential tool to detect disulfide bridges variants.
